Ingredients
4 ripe bananas, peeled
1/2 cup ground flax meal
1/2 cup tahini (sesame seed butter)
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 Tbsp cinnamon
Directions
Using a food processor with a blade attachment, combine all ingredients together.
Alternatively pulse and blend to ensure all ingredients are combined and pureed.
